Summary: Smokers congregate at the front entrance making you walk through all the smoke. Refrigerator did not work, multiple calls and nothing done. No housekeeping unless you request it at an extra charge. Kitchen is not stocked with any dishes, pans, pots, utensils or glasses. You have to request from front desk and they give you exactly 2 of each for two people making you have to wash everything after every meal.

Summary: Very disappointed with our stay here. We’ve stayed at Extended Stays before, but this location was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived after the check-in time and rooms were still being clean and not ready yet. Check-in was slow due to staff and computer issues. The entire second floor reeked of pet, taco meat and body odor. Our room was below standard - fridge was very loud but wasn’t cold at all inside. There was garbage throughout the room (under bed, in closet) There was a single bar of body soap in bathroom. Breakfast was a selection of packaged muffins. I highly recommend spending a little bit more to stay anywhere else but here. The best part of our stay was checking out knowing we would never be back.

Summary: Room was large and quiet for the most part. Some dogs barking periodically. The grab and go breakfast was minimal so even though it says breakfast included we had to get outside breakfast each day. No housekeeping services during seven night stay. Whenever we needed towels, toilet paper, etc. we had to ask at front desk. Was worried about smells when entered and up to the room but the room was okay. If looking for budget stay it’s okay but no amenities beyond the very basics.

Summary: My stay was ok. I was welcomed by a nice lady at check in. The rooms appeared pertty clean but it did have a strange sent. I stayed 4 days and no one cleaned our room not 1 time during our stay and when i mentioned it to the front desk i was told the only clean the rooms every two weeks. No one would bring up tolite paper or towel. You had to bring down the old ones in order to get new ones. And there was a roach in my room when i came back from being out all day. So the stay was ok.
